Service Description

Lay back and receive a beautiful energy healing whilst a soothing voice eases your mind into a space of healing and deep relaxation. This session is perfect for those that have an overactive mind and find it difficult to lay in inner silence. The aim is to help settle you into the energy space so that you can receive the most from your healing session. Our mind is always contributing to our environment, ensuring that it stays calm will improve the session exponentially. Meditations explored will vary person to person, due to what is gleaned in session.
